Dr. Tom Donnelly began Psych-Cess™ to inspire and guide others using simple tools and techniques gathered from psychology research. After receiving a Ph.D. in Psychology from NYU, Dr. Donnelly was a visiting assistant professor at Rutgers University where he taught a variety of courses and performed research. More recently, he has been working as a research consultant with fortune 500 companies to better understand their market and develop strategies for being successful in marketing their products. Throughout the past 15 years, Dr. Donnelly has been working on various tools and strategies to help his clients improve in both traditional successes, as well as in deep, meaningful ways. Dr. Donnelly continues to teach at Rutgers as a part time lecturer where he recently taught an upper-level undergraduate course in Positive Psychology.
